ServoBlocks®

Servos are able to generate a lot of torque but many times the limiting factor is not the amount of torque, but rather the amount of radial load that the output spline of the servo can handle.  A ServoBlock® acts as an exoskeleton which isolates the radial load from the servo spline and applies it to the 10mm bearing supporting the shaft.  The ServoBlock® doubles as a mount, providing solid attachment options from nearly every side.

ServoBlocks® for Standard Size Servos

Based around the most common size servo, there are options for different tooth counts as well as output shaft style.  The Hub-Shaft versions provide an all-in-one output shaft that you can fasten a part directly to while the 10mm shaft versions allow a 10mm clamping hub to slide on for an adjustable deck-height and infinite clocking of attaching parts.

Looking for a Compact ServoBlock™? The 27mm width version is specially designed for integration with 1143 Series Mini Low-Side U-Channel, while the 43mm width version has expansive compatibility with staple components such as 1120 and 1121 Series U-Channel.

ServoBlocks® for Large Size Servos

This size is based around a large sized servo, commonly known as ¼ scale within the R/C community. The Hub-Shaft versions provide an all-in-one output shaft that you can fasten a part directly to while the 10mm shaft versions allow a 10mm clamping hub to slide on for an adjustable deck-height and infinite clocking of attaching parts.
