This smart charger is able to charge 6VDC batteries with either NiCad or NiMH chemical makeup and capacity of 2,000-10,000mAh. It has a charge current of 1.0A which will drop to 0.07A once the battery reaches capacity in order to maintain the peak voltage while protecting the cells from being overcharged.
