Order FAQs

Where is my order? Please e-mail ­sales@gobilda.com with the name of the person or company that placed the order. A Customer Support Team member will respond with your order status.

Can I add/modify my order once it's been placed? Unfortunately, no we are not able to combine or add items once your order has been placed online.

Can I cancel my order?  If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.  As a vast majority of orders ship within 24 hours, it is imperative you contact us at sales@gobilda.com
 so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. A service fee may be charged for any cancelled order.

How can
 I pay? Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Check, or Wire Transfer.  If you wish to pay with a Wire Transfer, please place your order and select "Wire Transfer" as the payment method.  We will then send you a quote, including the $30.00 bank transfer fee, and instructions on how to complete the payment.  If you are paying with a Check or Wire Transfer, we will not ship your order out until your payment has been received.  

Do you accept purchase orders? 

We only accept purchase orders from schools within the United States, for orders over $100.00.  Purchase Orders must be approved and signed by an authorized school official, and must have contact information for the school's purchasing department.  If you have not ordered from goBILDA before using a Purchase Order, please email sales@gobilda.com for the necessary forms to get started.  Follow the steps below to place an order using a Purchase Order.

  1. Place your order directly through our website, and select "School Purchase Order" as the payment method.
  2. Once you have submitted your order, an estimate (quote) will be generated and emailed to you.  This reserves the inventory for the items included on the order for 5 days, but we will not process and ship your order until we have received the PO.
  3. After you have received the approved PO from your school, email a copy to sales@gobilda.com, and reference the estimate number that you received after placing your order on our website.
  4. We will then process and ship your order, and email a copy of the invoice to the designated contact for payment.

Please note, goBILDA has the right to refuse any Purchase Order.  We may also choose to stop accepting Purchase Orders from any school with past-due invoices.

Order Cancellation Policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly and accurately process all orders. If you have any questions regarding your purchase, we will do everything we can to address your concerns. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible. As a vast majority of items ship within 24 hours, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. A service fee may be charged for any cancelled order.

Please Note:
- Call, fax, or e-mail for a shipping quote on quantities greater than shown.
- Shipments to apartments will require a delivery signature.
- If requested, we will confirm your order.
- goBILDA© accepts prepaid Purchase Orders.
- All Kansas residents please add 7.9% sales tax to the total of your order.
- Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 
- Checks returned for non-sufficient funds incur a $35.00 penalty.
- Personal/Business checks take 2 weeks to clear before shipment will be made.
- Credit Card chargebacks will incur a $35.00 penalty.
