Shipping Methods
We offer a wide variety of shipping options for our customers. The cost of non-Flat-Rate shipments is calculated according to your order’s dimensions, weight, and shipping address.
IMPORTANT: Expedited orders placed after 12pm Central will ship the next business day. Please note that if your order requires assembly, same-day shipping may not be possible, even if your order is placed before 12 pm CDT. We do not offer Saturday delivery for FedEx packages at this time.
Please Note: Pre-shipping order handling usually takes 1-2 business days. Some orders may take up to 5 days to process and ship.
Domestic Shipments
Domestic shipments are shipped via either USPS or FedEx. Deliveries to APO (Army Post Office) addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority and should arrive within 2-10 business days.

International Shipping
It is of utmost importance to us that your international packages arrive safe and sound. However, in very rare occasions, a package can be delayed up to six weeks or more depending on a destination country's customs regulations. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method if your order is to ship outside of the USA. Due to the unpredictability of how long an order might spend in customs, we cannot guarantee transit times for international orders.
International Customs Duties and Taxes
All international customs, duty, and/or import charges are a customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Should you choose to refuse to pay these fees, your package will be considered abandoned by the carrier, and you will not be reimbursed for your order total, which will include shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: We ask that you do not request that we falsify invoices to bypass import tariffs or customs fees. We will not lower invoice totals. If you have additional questions regarding shipping fees or customs, please contact your local authorities’ customs office for additional information.
