Shipping Policy
goBILDA® Shipping Carriers
goBILDA® takes pride in making sure our customers have a positive and enjoyable shopping experience. In order to better serve you, we offer real time shipping quotes at our checkout page for both our domestic and international customers. All tracking confirmations are sent via email to the email address on file per your order information.
We offer a standard shipping rate of $8.99 for a all orders shipped within the United States. Orders under $200.00 will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $200.00 will ship via FedEx Ground.
Shipping Methods
We do offer a wide variety of shipping options for our customers. All shipping methods are calculated by the order’s shipping dimensions, weight and the shipping location. Our shipping options are of the following;

- FedEx Ground
- Expedited Option: FedEx 2 Day
- Expedited Option: FedEx Next Day
IMPORTANT: Expedited orders placed after 12 pm Central will ship the next business day. Please note that if your order requires assembly, same-day shipping may not be possible, even if your order is placed before 12 pm CDT. We also do not offer Saturday delivery for FedEx packages at this time.
Please Note: Our normal handling time is between 1-2 business days, however in some cases some orders may take up to 5 days to process and ship.
International Shipping
It is of utmost importance that our international packages arrive safe and sound. However, in very rare occasions a package can be delayed up to six weeks or more depending on the destination country's customs regulations. We highly recommend you select a trackable and insured shipping method if shipping outside of the USA. Unfortunately, delivery times to international destinations are not guaranteed due to unpredictability of time spent in customs.
International Customs Duties and Taxes
All international Customs, duty, and/or import charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Should you choose to refuse to pay these fees, your package will be considered abandoned by the carrier and you will not be reimbursed for your order total including the shipping charges.
IMPORTANT: We ask that you do not request that we falsify invoices to bypass import tariffs or customs fees - we will not lower invoice totals. If you have additional questions on shipping fees or customs please see your local authorities’ customs office for additional information.
