Third-Party Returns

Defective and DOA (Dead on Arrival) products must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs or replacement. Return processes vary between manufacturers. A defective product that is sent directly back to goBILDA® will be forwarded to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. This will take much longer than sending it directly to the manufacturer.
