This brushed DC motor is legal in FTC (FIRST Tech Challenge). It’s the powerhouse driving the gearboxes of our Yellow Jacket Planetary Gear Motors, and can swap into those motors to perform as a replacement core, if ever required. Its encoder is designed to work at 3.3V or 5V. Whether you are using an Arduino or the REV Expansion Hub, you don't need to bother with a logic level converter.
